And the other two Springfield Armory rifles? The M1A/M14 underlever .22cal pellet shooter. Wood stock and 9.9lbs! And the SA M1 Carbine BB semi-auto which also takes a 12g Co2 capsule with 15 round BB mag. The magazine itself feels like it accounts for a full pound of the rifles 5.7lb weight? just under a yard long at 35.8″ Found a tan kaki M1…[Read more]

I also got a new pistol recently to add to my two Springfield Armory rifles. The SA Colt 1911 mil-spec BB auto-magic! All the buttons and levers work, including the grip safety! I swapped the punisher grips to it from the Crosman Stinger P311 Airsoft. 2lb pistol has a nice heft for a detailed replica. Takes one 12g Co2 capsule in the mag. And 18…[Read more]

A lot has happened in the last couple months. Got a few more Daisy air rifles and a small floor rack to put them in. My gold kid’s model 104 turned out to be a Golden Eagle. Rare with the rear tube sight that looks like a scope that’s missing on mine. Obtained a couple new ones. An Eagle model 98 I found a repro leather sling for on eBay, built…[Read more]

Merry Christmas y’all! I had one of these JR Edicion Limitada Alternative Cohiba Sublime Gordo Maduro’s while wrapping gifts this morning. Smooth, mild side of medium smoke. Very easy to enjoy the Cubanesk flavors. close to the ” real” ones for a fraction of the price.

I bought an .22 air Venturi avenger, wood stock for my old school taste. I have lines of in-laws, out-laws and grand kids who said they would never shoot a pellet gun, I made all the mods, including a big bottle, but the old style cocking device hurts my hand after about 4 carm mags. I saw a video from a guy who cut down a Venturi plastic stock…[Read more]

Howdy! I won another Weaver V22-A scope on the auctions to install on my Crosman model1/2280! It’s a Weaver V22-A 3-6x18mm from the 70’s. So it’s period-correct.

I recently won an eBay auction for a like-new Crosman model 1/2280. Shoots as good as it looks for a .22cal pumper. Wood stocks too! Cost me a pretty penny, but worth it in such A1 condition! Even came with a bright red vintage Crosman logo’d soft case!
